Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all Haulimport subscriptions and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Haulimport is a digital software service delivered online; no physical goods are shipped.

Because access to the Service is provided immediately upon payment, all subscription fees are final and non-refundable, including for:

• partial billing periods or unused time;
• periods in which you did not use or connect the Service;
• downgrades or cancellation before the end of a period;
• accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms;
• interruptions caused by SuperDispatch, payment providers, or other third parties;
• forgetting to cancel before renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period, after which access and automatic imports stop. No refund or credit is issued for the remaining period.

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund only where:

• you were charged twice for the same period due to a billing error; or
• you were charged after a cancellation that we confirmed was processed before the renewal date; or
• a refund is required by mandatory consumer law applicable to you.

Requests must be emailed to support@haulimport.com within 7 days of the charge, with your company name and transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; we are not responsible for bank, conversion, or processor fees.

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve it. Opening an unjustified chargeback or dispute is a breach of our Terms; we may immediately suspend the account and recover any fees and costs incurred.

Free trials or promotional access granted by us carry no payment and are not eligible for refunds or credits. Price changes are announced in advance and apply from the next billing period.

We may update this policy at any time. The version in effect on the date of the charge applies.
