Terms & Conditions

By registering, subscribing to, or using Haulimport (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company, and "you" means that company.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Haulimport reads load information from a SuperDispatch carrier account that you voluntarily invite our integration address into, and displays it in your dashboard for viewing and Excel/CSV export. The Service only reads the fields described on our website and does not create, modify, accept, cancel, or invoice loads.

Haulimport is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SuperDispatch. SuperDispatch may change its website at any time, which may interrupt or degrade the Service without notice.

The Service is for registered motor carriers and their authorized staff only. You must provide an active USDOT number and verify control of the business email associated with it. You must be at least 18 years old.

We may refuse, suspend, or close any account that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, impersonates another company, or violates these Terms.

By inviting the integration address into your SuperDispatch account, you confirm that:

• you have the right to grant that access under your agreements with SuperDispatch, brokers, shippers, and drivers;
• you are solely responsible for the role and permissions you assign, and for removing access when you no longer want the Service;
• you are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access other companies' data, reverse-engineer it, overload it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Imported data is copied automatically and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Dashboard totals, weekly gross figures, and exports are provided for convenience only. They are not accounting, tax, payroll, legal, or financial advice.

You must verify all figures against your source records before paying drivers, invoicing, filing taxes, or making business decisions. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the Service.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period through PayPal until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges at the price shown at checkout.

• You can cancel anytime in your account. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then stops.
• If a payment fails, we may retry for up to 48 hours. If it is still unpaid, access and automatic imports stop.
• Fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused time, or service interruptions, except where required by law.
• We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Payments are processed by PayPal under its own terms. We do not store your card details.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, including for maintenance, security, or because a third-party platform changed. We do not guarantee any import frequency or uptime.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAULIMPORT AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE ONE (1) MONTH BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Haulimport and its owners and staff from any claims, losses, damages, fines, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your data, your SuperDispatch account or permissions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

The Service depends on third-party platforms we do not control, including SuperDispatch, PayPal, hosting, and email providers. We are not responsible for their availability, actions, data, terms, or changes, or for any suspension, restriction, or closure of your SuperDispatch account.

You are solely responsible for confirming that inviting the integration address and automated reading of your loads is permitted under the SuperDispatch terms and any agreement you have with SuperDispatch, brokers, shippers, or drivers. You use the Service at your own risk and assume all risk arising from that access.

You keep ownership of your load data. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, copy, store, process, and display it only to provide, secure, and improve the Service, and to keep anonymous, aggregated statistics that do not identify you. You confirm you have every right and consent needed — including from your drivers — for us to process that data. You are responsible for keeping your own copies; we are not a backup service.

You agree to receive service, security, and billing emails at your registered address, and that electronic notices and agreements satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of internet, hosting, payment, or third-party platforms; changes to SuperDispatch; cyberattacks; acts of government; war; natural disasters; or labor disputes.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure of data caused by third parties, by your credentials or devices, or by events beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you of a confirmed incident affecting your data where required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create risk or legal exposure for us. Sections on data accuracy, fees, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Before starting any legal claim, you must first email us a written description and allow 30 days to resolve it informally. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred. To the extent permitted by law, disputes are resolved only individually: you waive any right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class, collective, or representative action.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us and replace any prior statements, including marketing materials. No agency, partnership, employment, or fiduciary relationship is created. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
