We collect only what is needed to import and show your loads, and we never sell your data.
1. Who we are
Haulimport ("we", "us") provides a load-import dashboard for car-hauling carriers. This policy explains what data we handle and why. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: your name, work email, company name, USDOT number, and hashed password.
- Load data: only the fields we import from SuperDispatch — load ID, driver name, pickup and delivery location and dates, vehicle, VIN, price and broker fee, broker, payment method and terms, and status.
- Integration messages: emails sent to your assigned integration address (for example invitations and sign-in codes), used only to operate the connection.
- Billing data: subscription status, plan, and PayPal subscription ID. Card details are handled by PayPal; we never receive or store them.
- Technical data: sign-in sessions, security logs, and basic usage needed to keep the Service secure.
3. How we use data
We use data only to provide the Service: verify your company, sign you in, import and display your loads, produce exports, process subscriptions, send service emails, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share load data with other carriers.
4. Your role and ours
For load and driver data imported from your SuperDispatch account, your company is the data controller and Haulimport processes it on your instructions to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and giving any notices or obtaining any consents required for your drivers and other people whose data appears in your loads. We act as controller only for your account and billing data.
5. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, to comply with law, and — where required — with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
6. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, under confidentiality obligations:
- hosting, database, and email delivery providers;
- PayPal, for payments;
- authorities, where legally required or to protect our rights and users.
If our business is sold or merged, data may transfer to the successor under this policy.
7. Security
Each company's data is isolated and access-controlled. Sign-in requires email verification, connections are encrypted, and codes and passwords are stored only in hashed form. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, and our liability for security incidents is limited as described in our Terms, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and notifying us of any suspected misuse.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active. When a subscription ends, imported loads may be kept so a renewed subscription can resume the same connection. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time; we will delete it within a reasonable period, except records we must keep by law (such as billing records).
9. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Cookies and storage
We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
12. Automated processing
We do not make decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. Weekly gross and other figures are calculations for your convenience only.
13. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions or requests: support@haulimport.com.
