Does an integration email automatically connect SuperDispatch?
No. Your address is reserved when you register, but the mailbox must be activated separately. An invitation grants team access, not API access. Automated imports require SuperDispatch API eligibility, approved credentials, and an activated connection.
Will Haulimport have billing or invoicing access?
The intended connection uses the least access necessary for load import. SuperDispatch permissions must be checked during setup; a standard Dispatcher role may include billing capabilities. Do not invite the integration until the required restrictions are confirmed.
Which loads are imported?
The intended workflow imports loads after pickup, including driver, load ID, origin, destination, vehicle, VIN, rate, broker, payment method, and status. The live dashboard currently uses clearly labeled sample loads.
Can I export my loads to Excel?
Yes. Both .xlsx and CSV downloads work in the demo. Exports include all rows that match your current search and filters, not only the visible page.
Who can see my company data?
Signed-in users can only read their own company profile and loads. Public demo rows are sample data, separate from your company records.
Do I need to share my SuperDispatch password?
No. You should never share your personal password. A production connection must use approved integration access and the minimum permissions available.
Can I try Haulimport before connecting?
Yes. Search and filter the sample loads, download an Excel file, and use the savings calculator without an account. Registration creates a real account and reserves a unique integration address.
